Starbucks in Ellington Progress Update!

Checking in on the progress of the new Starbucks and Hartford Healthcare building in front of Big Y in Ellington!

The exterior of the building is nearly complete! Both businesses are expected to open this spring/summer.

Our earlier post reads:
"Hartford HealthCare & GoHealth Urgent Care plan to open a new urgent care center in the new Starbucks outparcel at Valley Farm Shopping Center in Ellington! The new urgent care center will occupy over 3,000 square feet on the soon-to-be constructed building. The center will join the plaza's lineup with Big Y World Class Market, McDonald's, BrightPath Ellington, Force Fitness CT, Lucky Nails, and Liquor World. There are two remaining vacancies in the plaza; a nearly 10,000 square foot space once home to Dollar Tree, and a 1,500 square foot space in the soon-to-be built building."
