The New Cambridge Project has opened their new brewery at 139 Center Street in Bristol! The new brewery is located in the former home of Firefly Hollow Brewing in the old factory building. The new spot is described as a ‘brewing incubator’ where brewers can try out small batches of beer! The brewery had their soft opening last weekend and poured over 500 beers! Congratulations!
