Hop & Vine Taproom will officially open their doors on Wednesday, January 3rd, at 5:00pm! The taproom features self-pour technologies on the 69 different taps!
The array of taps features Connecticut-based craft beers, global wines, ciders, and seltzers as well as nitro coffee, kombucha and in-house, crafted mocktails! The self-pour allows you to pour as little or as much as you want! You can try a bit of everything! The taproom is located at 30 Spring Street in Stamford, CT! Check them out!

We are getting our first look at the new Elicit Brewing in Fairfield! The brewery will feature many distinctive areas like their Manchester location! The brewery will be located at 111 Black Rock Turnpike.
The brewery will have the typical beer-hall style area, game cove / arcade, a speak-easy cocktail lounge, a space called The Pub, a space called The Snugs, a space called the Tap-Hall, and a large outdoor patio. The brewery will occupy over 25,000 square feet that was once home to Planet Fitness and Tumble Jungle (later Playhouse Gym.) Look for them to open next year! Drink Mechanics will be opening a location in Hartford! The canned cocktail brand will be opening a distillery/tasting room/bar inside Statehouse Square! The bar will feature a full bar, restaurant, and live music according to a statement on their website.
The new business willl occupy the 8,000 square foot former Morton's The Steakhouse, which closed in 2015. No timeline has been announced for the business, though demolition work on the former steakhouse has started. Drink Mechanics started in 2020 with an ice cream truck, a catering license, and liquor delivery becoming legal! The brand created cocktails in a can, featuring flavors like Strawberry Fields, Christopher Oaxacan, Spa Water, Love It When Ya Call Me Big Papaya, and Bourbon Legend. A new 16,000 square foot building would be constructed for the new brewery.
The owner of the new venture is Dominick DeMartino, a serial developer in Connecticut! The new brewery would be modeled after Tree House Brewing in Massachusetts. The site is overlooked by Interstate 91, and features a picturesque pond. The plan is still subject to local and State approvals. No timeline has been announced for the opening of the facility. - The New Cambridge Project is coming soon to Bristol! The new brewery will be located at 139 Center Street; the former home of Firefly Hollow Brewing!

This project is a celebration of Bristol's rich history and a platform for fostering the next generation of local brewers in the area.
