Quirk Works Brewing & Blendery will be closing their doors this weekend. The brewery is located at 78 Triangle Street in Danbury. The owners say they got an offer they couldn’t refuse; and will be shutting down. The brewery opened in April 2022, just celebrating their 2nd anniversary. Thimble Island Brewing Company is NOW OPEN at 75 Main Street in Old Saybrook! The brewery replaces Gargano Pasta, which closed last year. The brewery has a full kitchen; and serves their signature craft beer along with wine and seltzers! The location in Old Saybrook will be open Wednesday-Saturday 11:30-10:00pm and Sunday 11:30-8:00pm. The original Thimble Island location at 16 Business Park in Branford remains open to serve you! |
