The landlord needs to come to an agreement on handling the damages to the space as outlined within the lease.' 'West Hartford P2B: There is not a law suit about eviction against The Bakery. We are in default of the lease because we passed our opening date in the lease due to construction delays and renegotiating we the landlord. They want us to open and we can’t until necessary equipment arrives. We filed an appearance for the bakery because we couldn’t come to an agreement with the landlord. We didn’t plead because we were going back and forth with their attorneys. And since we couldn’t come to an agreement we filed an appearance.'
