Another blow for the Crystal Mall in Waterford. Dairy Queen / Orange Julius has closed their doors in the mall's food court.
Dairy Queen is just the latest tenant to leave the mall. Earlier this year Charley's Cheesesteaks, Taco Bell, Subway, and Pizza Hut all closed their locations in the food court. This leaves Wok Express and Sarku Japan as the only food court tenants remaining. This comes on the heals of the closing of JCPenney's store this spring. Bath & Body Works and Cohen's Fashion Optical plan to relocate their mall locations to nearby Waterford Commons later this year. In recent years, many popular chains have closed up shop including Old Navy, J Jill, Dressbarn, Abercrombie, Loft, Starbucks, Champs, Gap, Zumiez, EbLens, H&M, and many more. A few stores remain in the mall including Mr.Fix It, New You Spa, Memories Ink, The Toy Vault, Victoria Secret, Bounce World, Kay Jewelers, Zales Jewelers, Shoe Dept Encore, Pretzel Maker, JBS Barbershop, This N That, Ice Imports, Dollar N Things, Native Crafts, Enzo Clothier, Men's Wearhouse, Claire's, T Shirt World, Lids, Carnival Craze, FYE, Hot Topic, Spencers, Froyo World, Instyle Frangrance, Talbots, Forever 21, Rue 21, Finish Line, and a few more.
