WATERBURY SCOOP: Bath & Body Works To Leave Brass Mill Center!

Bath & Body Works is planning on moving out of their Brass Mill Center location!

The chain plans to relocate their store to 180 Chase Avenue, inside Waterbury Plaza. The store would occupy around 4,000 square feet of the former PCX store. Waterbury Plaza is home to many businesses including Stop & Shop, Madrag, Dollar Tree, Rainbow, and many more.

Brass Mill Center has been suffering an influx of closures in recent years. Ardene, and Track 23 are currently liquidating their stores at the mall. Apple Cinemas is on track to open on the mall third level inside the former Regal Cinemas space.

Bath & Body Works announced plans to relocate a majority of their mall stores into new off-mall locations in shopping centers. The store recently relocated their Enfield location outside the struggling Enfield Square Mall; and recently signed a lease to move their Waterford location out of Crystal Mall into Waterford Common
