WATERBURY SCOOP: Apple Cinemas Sets Opening Date at Mall!

The new Apple Cinemas Waterbury will open their doors on April 19th at Brass Mill Center according to the mall's website! The 12-screen movie theater replaces the Regal Theater that closed in 2022.

The theater is located on the mall's third floor. The theater will hopefully provide a boost to foot traffic at the mall, a number of tenants are leaving or have left the mall in recent weeks including Ardene, Track23, Rainbow, and both Pretzel Maker locations.

A few new tenants have joined the mall as well including Apple Cinemas, Bagel Factory Deli & Coffee, Ashley Furniture, and Island Spice Carribean Cuisine (coming soon!)

Apple Cinemas on Wolcott Street is expected to remain open once this new location opens! Though the Wolcott Street location is no longer listed on their website, we have been assured it will remain open. This will be the 12th location of the movie theater chain.
