American Steakhouse will be closing their Meriden location permanently on April 21st. The steakhouse has been a fixture of Meriden for decades.
An employee confirmed the closure in a call on Tuesday morning. The steakhouse is located at 1170 East Main Street in Meriden. American Steakhouse has 2 other locations, in Norwalk and Bridgeport, that are expected to remain open after Meriden's closure.
