A new multi-tenant plaza is coming soon! The new building will be located at 143 River Road in Lisbon, land next to Chili's. The new tenants for the plaza include a new drive-thru Starbucks, GoHealth Urgent Care, and Metro Mattress (a fast growing mattress chain with 13 locations in Connecticut.) There will be one more retail space available for lease in the building. Construction is now underway on the project. The Starbucks inside Target is expected to remain once this location opens, the licensed store inside Target is operated by Target, not a corporate-run store.
