ESSEX SCOOP: Sayulita opens!

Sayulita is NOW OPEN in their new location at 30 Main Street in the Centerbrook section of Essex! The new restaurant is owned by a trio including William Driggs, Brian Williams, and Joshua Packtor.

The upscale Mexican restaurant has opened in the former Los Charros restaurant space in the plaza. The restaurant is known for their inventive twist on Mexican food featuring tacos, burritos, fajitas, salads, tamales, platos, and much more!

Sayulita's original location is in Glastonbury at 865 Main Street. One of the owners, William Driggs, also owned 2 Hopewell Bistro and Tavern in Glastonbury. Co-owner, Brian Williams, owns Cantina Azul Tequila with Driggs, the tequila brand can be found at stores and restaurants throughout Connecticut.
