Barista Cafe - Suffield will be opening a second location at the recently closed Baker & The Brew location at 2 North Road in East Windsor (Sofia’s Plaza.) The coffee shop bought out some of the equipment from the former coffee shop and plans some renovations to the building. The new shop will still utilize the drive thru. The menu will be identical to their Suffield location. The Baker & The Brew staff have been offered jobs at the new location, and most will stay on! Barista Cafe opened their first location in Suffield in 2022 at 66 North Main Street. The cafe offers coffee, specialty coffees, gelato, sandwiches, and much more! They are a family owned and operated business! The new shop plans to open in Mid-July after renovations.
