Baker & The Brew has put their closing on hold! The coffee shop, located in Sofia’s Plaza in East Windsor, had previously announced their plans to permanently close on February 29th. The change was confirmed with staff on site, who said the owner had reconsidered their closing. When the shop was visited on Sunday, it was bustling, with a completely full dining room.
