DEEP RIVER SCOOP: New Coffee Shop Opens!

There is a new coffee shop in Deep River!

Deep River Roasters is NOW OPEN at 159 Main Street in Deep River! This is the second location for the brand, the original location is in the Centerbrook section of Essex at 6 Main Street.

The coffee shop replaces The Spot, a coffee / bubble tea / smoothie shop that opened in 2021 and closed in summer of 2023 when the owners moved to Florida.

Deep River Roasters started in 2018 as a micro-roastery inside Witch Hazel Works in Centerbrook and has now grown to include this new location!
