BRISTOL SCOOP: New grocery store to replace EbLens!

A new Indian supermarket is planned for Bristol!

Desi Spice LLC will be opening a new supermarket in the former EbLens store at 1290 Farmington Avenue in Bristol! The new grocery store will feature a butcher and kitchen.

No timeline has been announced for the project, building permit applications for the projects were submitted this morning (05/10). The owner of the store will be Mahesh Sanakkayala of South Windsor and Pradeep Ravella of Vernon. Mahesh also owns Spice Town Indian Grocery in Vernon.

EbLens has sat empty since the store closed (along with the entire chain) last year, the sneaker store was located in the plaza for decades.
