BRANFORD SCOOP: Bui Vietnamese Cuisine opens!

Bui Vietnamese Cuisine has opened their doors in Branford! The restaurant was a longtime fan-favorite in Manchester for nearly a decade before they closed their doors in 2023.

Bui Vietnamese Cuisine is located at 4 Brushy Plain Rd #514 in Branford, CT; also known as The Village at Brushy Hill. The restaurant serves traditional Vietnamese cuisine including Bun Bo Hue, Stir Fry, Chè Ba Màu, and much more. They're open Tuesday – Saturday 12pm-3pm for lunch service and 4pm-9pm for dinner service.
