A new development is coming soon to Avon! The new development will be located at 182-192 West Main Street in Avon! Two new buildings will be constructed on the site, with plans to have 4 new tenants.
New tenants will include Jersey Mike's Subs, Teriyaki Madness, and PeoplesBank! Peoples Bank will be located in its own building in the development; while the remaining 3 tenants will be in a multi-tenant building. The final tenant space (1,600+/- square feet) is up for lease.
