There are now tentative opening dates for new food establishments coming to the new Meadow Commons development at 3333 Berlin Turnpike! Shake Shack has a targeted opening date of March 1, while both Crumbl Cookies and PJ's Coffee are hoping for April 1. CAVA follows soon after around June 20. All dates were announced at yesterday's TPZ meeting of 12/13.

We can safely say that the grocery store anchor will be Amazon Fresh! This has been widely speculated since the shopping center was in development stages. Amazon has now confirmed this. The building facade matches the Fresh concept. Look for them to open in late 2024/early 2025.

The Town Planner gives regular updates at TPZ meetings on the progress at Meadow Commons. All retail spaces are in place with individual buildouts completed as needed. The parking lot is just about complete. He also gave meeting attendees a peek in to one of the new apartment buildings which will be ready for occupancy next year! I captured a few pictures from two angles as there is limited access to the property except for construction crews.
