Starbucks and Chipotle are now under construction at Evergreen Walk! The restaurants will be built next to PeoplesBank, behind Whole Foods! -Starbucks will feature an interior cofffee shop and a drive thru with a large queue. The coffee shop will share a building with a small retail tenant. -Chipotle will feature their typical restaurant, but will include a ‘Chipot-lane’, a new mobile order pick up window. The building will have a large queue for the Chipotlane. -A third 6,000 square foot building is planned for the site; though no tenant is lined up for it. Raising Cane’s was originally looking at the space for a new restaurant, though those talks appear to have fell apart. What would you like to see open in the remaining restaurant or retail space?
