The building is listed for $17.7 million, with the building fully occupied by the soon-to-open Club Studio! The property sold less than a year ago to an Arizona-based developer for $4.5 million. The property sale will not affect the new gym's opening. They are expected to open this spring, featuring the large gym with boutique studios inside. The gym will have stretch, pilates, cycling, yoga, and more when they open this spring. The area has seen an uptick in development in the last year.
