New building proposed for South Windsor

A new 30,200 square foot multi-tenant building is being proposed on a 4.3 acre parcel at 90-120 South Satellite Road in South Windsor.

Startline Development has submitted an application for site plan approval to combine three lots into a 4.3 acre parcel and construct a multi-tenant building totaling 30,200 square feet at 90-120 South Satellite Road. The proposed plans show 24 separate tenant spaces, each with a 12'x14' overhead door and a man-door.

The use of the space would be small contractors and small businesses without a large visiting customer base. The building would be built in an industrial / commercial section of town.
