Let’s take a look at all the new restaurants planning to open in Manchester this year!
-Audacity British Style Pub is opening soon! The new British pub will occupy the former Lucky Taco space at 829 Main Street. The pub will serve traditional English food. The restaurant will be open late according to their website, open until 1am Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday and open until 2am Friday & Saturday. The restaurant announced the hiring of Michael Motowidlak as the Executive Chef. The chef comes from Republic Gastropub in Bloomfield. Look for them to open in April! The restaurant will be run by the Salmon family of Manchester. New signage was recently added to the building, and hiring has started for servers, hosts, and bartenders! Apply here: https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Long-Gut-Miss-Pinny-Jamaican-Restaurant/ Look for them to open very soon! -Secrets Bistro & Bar will open their new Manchester location on April 28th from 1-8pm! The restaurant will be located at 234 Spencer Street, inside Shoprite Plaza, next to Indigo Indian Bistro - Manchester CT. Secrets Bistro is a Jamaican restaurant with vegetarian options as well! The menu features Jamaican Fried Chicken, Seafood, and much more! Make sure to check them out when they open! -Creamy Rolls reopened for the season on March 1st! The ice cream shop is located at 699 Main Street in Manchester! In addition to the ice cream rolls of varying flavors, the shop has added soda bombs, ice cream nachos, ice cream tacos, with more on the way! Take a look at the attached menu for their flavors and prices! -Danny's Little Taste of Puerto Rico is coming soon next door to Creamy Rolls at 697 Main Street. The Puerto Rican restaurant replaced Mexico Lindo, which moved to Vernon. Look for them to open later this year. The restaurant will be owned by the same owner as Creamy Rolls! -Hot Table is coming soon to The Plaza at Buckland Hills! The sandwich shop is expected to occupy the recently closed Chosen 1 Seafood space near Michaels! The Springfield, MA-based chain has 11 locations currently, with 3 new locations coming soon! The chain has been on an expansion spree in the last 2 years. The restaurant is nearing completion with plans to open this spring! -Spice Venue is coming soon to Manchester! The restaurant will occupy the former Scottrade / TD Ameritrade space at 233 Buckland Road (next to Frank Pepe's & La-Z-Boy.) The restaurant will serve an Indian American cuisine. The owners of Spice Venue have locations in Hartford and Storrs, and previously owned India Kitchen in Manchester (in the former Roy Rogers, now Hartford Healthcare Cancer Center.) -Teriyaki Madness is planning to open a location in Manchester! The fast-casual Asian restaurant chain plans to open at 172 Deming Street, a small plaza home to Starbucks, Subway, AT&T, and UbreakIfix. The restaurant would occupy the space formerly home to a liquor store. -Fornarelli's Ristorante & Bar, a restaurant out of Colchester, has applied for building permits for their new Manchester location! The restaurant will occupy the former Corey's Catsup and Mustard location at 623 Main Street! The plans for the restaurant show the ground level restaurant, featuring a 22-seat sprawling 40-foot bar and 45 seat dining room! A lower-level speakeasy is planned in the basement of the building, featuring an 8-seat bar, and 50 seat lounge. The speakeasy would be accessed through the rear of the building. -The Side Sports Bar & Restaurant plans to open in the former Dos Islas Restaurant / La Bamba / Silk City Cafe space at 485 Hartford Road. The restaurant will feature a full bar and food menu. No timeline has been announced for the project. Follow us to stay up to date on their opening! -Westside Chicken LLC is planning a restaurant at the former K Sushi / Mattress by Appointment space at 471 Hartford Road Unit 2. The restaurant will be located next to The Gathering Diner. No timeline has been announced for the project. Follow us to stay up to date on their opening! -India Marsala is planning to open a new Indian restaurant later this year at 100 Tolland Turnpike. The restaurant would replace the now closed Dream Dinners, a prepared food center where customers package meals from pre-cooked ingredients. No timeline has been announced for the new restaurant.
