The Manchester Peach Festival is back this year! The 73rd annual peach festival will take place on August 23 frin 6-8pm at MARC, Inc. of Manchester at 151 Sheldon Road!
The festival took a brief break last year after the merger of Manchester's Eighth District and the Town of Manchester. The 8th district's fire department ran the fundraiser, and will now be run by the Manchester Fire Support Group. The tickets are $6 including a portion of peach shortcake; made with local ingredients and a recipe dating back to the 1940s. A live band, MARC's Nightshift, will be performing at the festival.
