La-Z-Boy is planning to relocated their Manchester furniture showroom to the former Pier 1 Imports space at Evergreen Walk! The furniture store is currently located at 233 Buckland Hills Drive, and would relocate next door to LL Bean and The Paper Store. The store would slightly update the current facade and add some new trim. Construction could begin this summer, with a fall opening for the new store. The new store will be about 40% smaller than their current location, with a new footprint just above 11,500 square feet. Plans are still subject to approvals and lease agreements. La-Z-Boy will join Little Bird Clay Company Pottery & Art Works that is also coming soon next to Kung Fu Tea!
