We have some new businesses open at The Shops at Evergreen Walk!
-Bluemercury is NOW OPEN! The beauty brand and studio opened next door to Apple in the former Clark's store space! Bluemercury is a beuaty brand owned by Macy's Department Store. The store has other area locations in Glastonbury and West Hartford. -Golf Lounge 18 is NOW OPEN near The Green! The golf simulator center took over the former Brooks Brothers space! The business features a full bar and kitchen! -Whole Foods Market is NOW OPEN at Evergreen Walk! The organic grocer opened their new 40,000 square foot store near Costco! -Deka Lash is NOW OPEN near The Green! The eyelash studio took over the old DAVIDsTea space next to Scout & Molly's. -Some more exciting news! The Shops at Evergreen Walk is now leased by Brand Urban and Brand Street Properties! The center was formerly leased by Charter Realty & Development and Brand Urban. -According to their most recent leasing flyer, the former Pier One space is almost leased! The space is listed as "Lease Out' meaning the lease is awaiting the tenant's signature. Stay tuned for a new business! Look for an update on the entire Buckland Hills area later this week!
