Dazzling Pho N Drinks has opened their doors in South Windsor! The new restaurant is located at 158 Sullivan Avenue. The restaurant features a variety of pho options, banh mi, milk tea, bubble tea, and more! Check out the menu in the pictures! I got the ‘Rare Meat Pho’ and an iced green tea; they were both fantastic! The restaurant is currently in their soft opening phase. They are open until 8pm everyday except Sunday, they’re closed on Sundays. The restaurant is the first of many in the new plaza. Jamaican Kitchen will be opening shortly; and Hartford Baking Company will open this spring/summer.
