WINDSOR SCOOP: Saults Eclectic Cuisine closing at Dudleytown Brewing; new location planned

Saults Eclectic Cuisine will be closing their doors inside Dudleytown Brewing Company in Windsor!

The restaurant is located inside Dudleytown Brewing Company at 1001 Day Hill Road in Windsor. Saults will close on January 1st, but this isn’t the end for them. Saults plans to release details on their new locations very soon according to their announcement!

I just had dinner at Saults this evening with plans to do a review. The food was excellent including their wood- fired pizza, smashburger, bao tacos, and much more. We originally reviewed them when they first opened in April 2025.

Dudleytown Brewing Company is not closing; only Saults inside the brewery. Stay tuned for more information on their plans for the restaurant space.
