A new eatery is coming soon to West Hartford Center!
A new restaurant will open late this fall in the former Crush Wine Bar space at 37 LaSalle Road in West Hartford! Demolition work recently started on the space. The restaurant is being developed by the team behind Sparrow Pizza Bar in West Hartford and Tacobarn in Newtown. Both restaurant are well regarded for their food and drink offers. Owner David Boyajian confirmed plans for the restaurant with plans to open in late fall 2026. The name and concept of the restaurant will be revealed later this year according to Boyajian.
