A new cafe is coming to Southbury!
Bruno's Cafe is coming soon to 800 Main Street South in Southbury! This will be the second location for the cafe behind their original space in Unionville. The new cafe is expected to open in 2026; complete with a cozy lobby / dining room, space for customers to bring their laptops, and hopefully outdoor seating in the future! Bruno's Cafe will offer breakfast and lunch; with plans to close each day at 4pm according to their Planning Commission application. The new location is expected to create 12 to 15 jobs including staff, cooks, servers and baristas.
