A number of new and exciting restaurant are on the books to open in 2026! Take a look at some of the restaurants we are excited for in 2026!
-The Kelsey at Savin Rock will open their doors later this year at 6 Rock Street in West Haven! The new shoreline restaurant will feature coastal views, upscale dining, event space, and much more from the former Savin Rock Conference Center. They plan to open this summer. -Mozz & Co. is coming soon to 22 Raymond Road in West Hartford! The new Italian deli will serve sandwiches, salads, desserts, and much more! The restaurant will be owned by Chef Joseph Cusano, the former Executive Chef of Le Mazet in West Hartford. Look for them to open soon! -The Bedford by Martha Stewart is opening this spring at Foxwoods Resort Casino! The restaurant will transport you to Martha's 1920-era country farmhouse in New York. Guests will enjoy the simple blend of warmth, elegance, and charm to life while enjoy Martha’s favorite dishes. Look for them to open in March on the lower level of the Grand Pequot Tower. -Carbone's Ristorante is coming soon to Front Street in Downtown Hartford! The return of the famed Carbone’s Ristorante brand after closing their Franklin Avenue location during Covid. The reincarnated Carbone’s will open later this year. -Grayze Wine Bar is coming very soon to 61 Center Street in Southington! The new restaurant will feature a sophisticated space offering a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for savoring a carefully curated selection of wines and handcrafted cocktails. Pair your favorite drink with delectable small bites, thoughtfully prepared to enhance every sip. Look for them to open soon! -Level99 & Two Roads will be opening a new location in the second half of 2026 at 1445 New Britain Avenue in West Hartford! Level99 will bring fun physical and mental challenges; while Two Roads Taproom will feature their craft beer and elevated dining service! -Sally's Apizza will be opening numerous new locations in 2026 including Norwalk, South Windsor, Newington, Foxwoods, and Danbury.
