Bobby’s Burger Palace closed their doors on February 9th as work gets underway on its transformation into Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, a new high-quality burger experience. The restaurant is located at the Winter Entrance next to Frank Pepe’s. The restauarant is expected to open this spring. Guests will see improvements like new branding, revamped seating, enhanced design elements, and an all-new counter service model. A statement from Jeffrey Hamilton, Mohegan Sun’s President & General Manager, reads: "We are pleased to share that Bobby’s Burger Palace at Mohegan Sun will soon be reimagined as Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, introducing an unmistakably high-quality burger experience. Renovations began on February 9th, with a special opening planned for the spring. Guests can look forward to revamped seating, enhanced design elements, updated branding, and an all-new counter service model for streamlined order pickup. The popular bar adjacent to the restaurant will also undergo key upgrades starting in March. This venue has long been one of Mohegan Sun’s most popular, and we are excited to debut a revitalized look and feel—alongside the signature menu favorites our guests love, including the iconic Crunchburger paired with a Vanilla Bean Shake.”
