LISBON SCOOP: Ruby Tuesday closes its doors

Ruby Tuesday has permanently closed their Lisbon location after over two decades of business.

The struggling restaurant chain has permanently shuttered their location at 160 River Road in Lisbon. The restaurant was part of the Lisbon Landing shopping center.

Ruby Tuesday now has a single Connecticut location remaining in Windsor Locks. The chain once had over a dozen locations in the State including in Manchester, Windham, Farmington, Meriden, Enfield, Cromwell, Danbury, Waterford, Shelton, North Haven, Bristol, and many more.

It's unclear when the restaurant's final day of business was. The location is now listed as permanently closed on their website and Google profile.
