A Mano Taco Shop has closed their doors in Willimantic after 4 years of business. The taco shop announced their permanent closure on their social media page yesterday with a statement reading: "Well that’s a wrap folks. Thank you to all of our customers that have supported us throughout the years. We made some memories and some damn good tacos but this chapter has officially ended." The eatery was located at 45 High Street in Willimantic, serving Mexican cuisine with a Cal-Mex twist including birria tacos, street tacos, churros, street corns, Margaritas, and more. The restaurant opened in March 2021, quickly becoming a fan-favorite. They were a finalist for Windham County Restaurant of the Year in 2024. No word yet on what might replace A Mano in Willimantic.
