The hot dog restaurant will be located at 1244 Storrs Road, a vacant space previously occupied by AT&T. The interior looks nearly complete! Hopefully we will have an opening date soon, stay tuned! -Chang's Garden has closed their Chinese restaurant in Storrs after 27 years. The restaurant permanently closed on May 31st. The restaurant was located at 1244 Storrs Road, in Storrs Commons. -T Mobile has permanently closed their cell phone store at Storrs Center. The authorized retailer of T Mobile products closed their store at 34 Wilbur Cross Way recently, redirecting their customers to their other location in Windsor. -Cut to the Chase Hair salon has relocated their Storrs salon to 1206 Storrs Road, the multi-tenant building in the Price Chopper parking lot. The hair salon relocated from their longtime home at 1232 Storrs Road. Check out their beautiful new location! -Shah's Halal Food is scouting for locations around UConn. An exact location has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for more information on their future plans! Locations are usually open late for a great late-night bite. The restaurant serves a wide variety of halal food including gyros, platters, falafel, burgers, wings, salads, hummus, pita, baklava, and much more.
