A new dog groomer is planning a location in Mansfield! Ruff and Tumble Dog Salon is plannig a new location at 126 Storrs Road in Mansfield, a former home-turned office space across from Big Y Supermarket. The groomer submitted a special permit application to occupy the space. The dog salon would offer stress-free grooming along with a curated selection of luxury pet products according to the application. Plans show 7 grooming stations in the space along with a drying room and a dog bathing room. Ruff and Tumble currently has locations in South Windsor and Glastonbury. They have rave reviews with an average of 4.8 out of 5 on Google.
