Chipotle Mexican Grill has signed a lease for a new location in Dayville!
The national Mexican restaurant has leased a 2,523 square foot space at Killingly Commons at 584 Hartford Pike in Dayville. Chipotle will occupy a space in an outparcel building, currently home to Kay Jewelers and a number of vacant spaces. The restaurant will feature an interior dining room; matching the current prototype of Chipotle locations. The footprint in the leasing plan shows the site will include a Chipot-lane, a mobile-order only drive thru lane. Killingly Commons has seen an increase in leasing activity including the addition of Ulta Beauty, Bath & Body Works, and Subway to the center. Other eateries that can be found in the plaza include Subway (coming soon), McDonalds, and Ninety Nine. Stay tuned for more information!
