Property at 1, 9, & 11 Dog Lane; 1 & 8 Royce Circle, and 1220 Storrs Road have been sold. The properties were purchased by 1266 Storrs Road LLC, owned by the Delaware Life Insurance Company for $40.25 million according to a sale recorded on 01/23/25.

The properties are host to many retailers including Mooyah, Dog Lane Cafe, Insomnia Cookie, Storrs Automotive, Subway, Jefferson Fry Co, Price Chopper, Barnes & Noble, Eat Joy, Square Peg Pizza, Haven Hot Chicken, and many others.

Building not included in the sale include The Oaks, University Plaza, Storrs Commons, 33 Wilbur Cross Way (Huskies & former Tong Karaoke buildings), 40 Wilbur Cross Way (Tea More Cafe building) The Learning Experience, 34 Wilbur Cross Way (T Mobile building.)
