Starbucks is open in their new North Windham location! Starbucks occupies around 2,550 square feet at 6 North Ridge Road, the former Ruby Tuesday's in the Walmart parking lot.

The new coffee shop features a large interior dining room, perfect to hang out or work on school work, as well as a drive thru and small outdoor seating area. The coffee shop's return to Windham is a welcome site.

Starbucks previously operated a location at 327 Boston Post Road in North Windham. This shop opened in 2008, but closed shortly after in 2009.

Stone Row Kitchen & Bar has closed their Willimantic coffee shop turned eatery after 15 years of business. The shop was previous known as Cafemantic before changing it to Stone Row with a menu revamp.

The restaurant was located at 948 Main Street in Willimantic, a fixture of downtown. Stix n’ Stones will honor Stone Row gift cards following an official announcement in the not too distant future.

The owner said in a statement: 
"It is with a mix of bittersweet emotions that we announce the closure of Stone Row (formerly known as Cafemantic) after 15 incredible years.

This journey, from a small coffee shop to a beloved dining destination, would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our incredible community. Thank you for sharing in our passion, for embracing our vision, and for creating countless cherished memories with us.

We will deeply miss the laughter, the conversations, and the sense of community we've built within these walls.

While this chapter closes, our commitment to bringing joy through food continues. We're thrilled to announce that we'll be embarking on a new adventure at Stix n' Stones in Storrs, starting in February, and continuing our farm-to-fork journey at the Little Dipper Farm in Brooklyn."

Blackstone Putnam has set their grand opening date! The restaurant will open on January 18th at 4pm.

Blackstone Putnam will be located at 35 Main Street, the former Jessica Tuesday's space!

The new restaurant will be flight-based. With a multi-option selection for pasta, appetizers, entrees, and much more will be served in a flight style! This means you can try more on the menu with every visit. Check out the menu in the attached pictures.

Krispy Sicilian plans to open their new Sicilian restaurant next Thursday 01/09!

The restaurant will be located at 650 Middle Turnpike in Mansfield, the restaurant will occupy the former bank/hair salon near Cumberland Farms at Four Corners!

The new take-out restaurant will offer homemade soups, sandwiches, raviolis, lasagna, baked goods, frozen boil-in-bag prepared meals, and much more! Check out their menu in the attached photos.

A new Subway restaurant is coming soon to Killingly Commons!

Subway will occupy 1,200 square feet between AT&T and Gamestop in an outparcel of Killingly Commons (1109 Killingly Commons). The space was most recently occupied by Hair Cuttery. No timeline has been announced for the new restaurant's opening.

Killingly Commons has been a hot bed of activity in the past few months. Ulta Beauty opened a new location in the former Hallmark store in the center. Bath & Body Works is coming soon to the shopping center, occupying the former Olympia Sports space.
