Rosemary's Bakery has reopened their doors in Watertown!
The beloved bakery recently reopened their doors at 720 Thomaston Road in Watertown; the same location they operated from October 2024 to Summer 2025. Rosemary's reopened under new ownership, but carries over recipes and their famous whipped cream cakes. Rosemary's serves a variety of baked goods, pastries, and other goodies! They also serve freshly brewed coffee and espresso-based beverages! The bakery originally opened in 1946 by John Bacco; being purchased by Rick Collier in 1983. Mr.Collier closed the bakery in 1997 and began teaching Culinary Arts. Rick Collier reopened the bakery in October 2024 to stay busy in retirement, but due to personal reasons he decided to close in Summer 2025. They have now reopened under new management! The bakery is open: Tuesday through Saturday 7am-4pm Closed Sunday & Monday
