A new coffee shop has opened its doors in Tolland! Radial Coffee Co is NOW OPEN at 12 Goose Lane in Tolland, part of Gooseberry Corners. This is Radial's second Connecticut location and third overall; their original location is in Vernon and they opened an outpost in Portland Maine earlier this year. The shop sells ethically sourced coffee beans; supporting fair trade practices and sustainable initiatives. Beans are roasted in house at their Vernon location and flavor syrups are house crafted. They serve baked goods among other items. The new Tolland location is much larger than their Vernon shop; the shop has 3,000 square feet of space while Vernon only has 1,200. This gives the space more seating. Make sure you chekc out the amazing artwork on the wall by local artist Alexis Roja and the exposed heavy timber beams. The coffee shop also features a beautiful wrap around porch with adirondack chairs and rockers.
