Pizza Hut, Restaurant, & Liquor store coming to new Vernon plaza

We are learning more about the tenants of the new plaza coming to the former Pancho Loco's site at 212 Talcottville Road in Vernon! According to the marketing flyer, 3 tenants have signed on to the plaza with more space available to lease.

-Pizza Hut is planning their return to Vernon! The pizza shop will be located in a new 1,600 square foot space in the plaza. Look for them to open in late 2025 or early 2026.

-Toor Wine & Liquor will open a new liquor store in the plaza. The liquor store will be owned by the plaza owner; he also owned Lazy Liquors at the site before construction began.

-A new restaurant has leased 3,000 square feet of space in the plaza, the name of the restaurant has not been announced. We have some hunches on who it is, but will keep you up to date when a tenant is confirmed.
