A new sushi making school is coming to Southington! The Sushi Class is coming soon to Factory Square, Southington at 168 Center Street in Southington. The classroom will be located where Hardcore Sweet Bakery previously operated a shop. The Sushi Classs offers a hands-on, interactive sushi-making experience that’s perfect for all occasions. Expert chefs guide you through the art of sushi-making, making it fun and accessible for everyone—from beginners to culinary enthusiasts. Whether it’s a team-building event, a unique date night, or just a fun gathering with friends, they bring the tools, ingredients, and expertise to you, creating a memorable experience that’s as educational as it is delicious. They will offer both public and private classes. The Sushi Class currently operates as a mobile business; hosting classes at breweries and wineries throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. This will be their first physical location; but will continue their mobile classes! They also offer catering services for events of all sizes. Look for them to open soon!
