Skippers Seafood in Old Saybrook will be closing on November 9th for renovations; and will reopen as a new concept. Get ready for something new, inspired by the owner's Greek roots and built around the same care, freshness, and hospitality that have always defined Skippers. The new concept will introduce a healthier, Greek-style take on fast-casual dining, think Chipotle, but with Mediterranean flavors, wholesome ingredients, and the heart of homemade tradition. It’s a new chapter designed to better serve our community and the way people love to eat today. The Niantic Skippers location will continue to be open year-round and ready to welcome you for all your shoreline favorites. All existing gift cards and loyalty points will continue to be honored in Niantic.
