A new fast-casual Greek restaurant is coming soon to Old Saybrook! EOS Greek Bowls & Pitas is coming soon to 688 Boston Post Road in Old Saybrook, the current Skippers Seafood Restaurant! The new restaurant concept has the same owners as Skippers; Skippers’ Niantic location will remain open. Born from a love of Greek tradition and modern dining, EOS blends authenticity with innovation. Think of it as your passport to the Mediterranean - fresh bowls, sizzling grills, warm pita, and crisp salads, all ready in minutes.
