A new mixed-use development is being proposed on Bank Street!
The new building would be located at 194 Bank Street in New London; featuring new ground level retail space along with 37 apartments spread of 5 floors. A rear (ground level only) parking garage with 9 spaces is planned. The existing building, previously home to a restaurant, will be demolished to make way for the new apartment building. The street-side portion of the building would be modeled after the nearby Jonathan Starr House. The application will be heard at the December 4th Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
