Mystic Fish Camp has officially opened in Downtown Mystic! The new restaurant is located at 4 East Main Street in Mystic, the former Mystical Toys Shop next to the famous drawbridge. They had their ribbon cutting this evening with the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce. The restaurant has a dining room with beautiful views of the Mystic River Bascule Bridge. The menu features typical seafood shack favorites, prepared with fresh ingredients to satisfy any Mystic visitor or resident. Mystic Fish Camp describes itself as "where New England’s coastal charm meets the nostalgia of summer camp, offering a family-friendly, fast-casual take on the traditional fish shack Restaurant. our menu evolves with our environment, serving 100% sustainable, local, wild-caught seafood with a fresh twist." The new restaurant is run by Chef David Standridge, a partner in the Heidenreich Hospitality Group. The group runs The Whaler's Inn and The Shipwright’s Daughter.
