A new large-scale development is planned for 1940 Boston Post Road in Guilford!
Under the proposed development plans a new commercial and residential complex would be constructed featuring a 13,500 square foot retail space, a large restaurant, a fast casual eatery (Chipotle), a coffee shop (Starbucks), and 162 multi-family residential units. The land at 1940 Boston Post Road in Guilford is located directly across from Guilford Commons. The land was previously approved for development in 2011, but only some land clearing and excavation was started. The project's Planning and Zoning hearing was continued until a future date.
