Plans for Panera Bread and Chase Bank has been approved for Clinton! The new businesses are to be built at Indian River Shops, the development home to Big Y, Starbucks, Madison Furniture Barn, and more planned! -The new Panera will feature both dine-in and drive thru service. The popular sandwich/cafe chain will be part of a multi-tenant building to be constructed near the main entrance. -Chase Bank will build a new branch near the main entrance of the development. It will be part of a multi-tenant building; but the remainder of the building will be built at a later date. =At the meeting, Clinics were added as an approved use for the development. A Hartford Healthcare Urgent Care Center is rumored to be added to the development as well; though it has not been confirmed.
