The former Boston Market space at 2495 Berlin Turnpike is back on the market!
The 3,256 square foot building which had been a Boston Market location since 1995, became vacant when the restaurant closed in November, 2023. The property owner recently listed the space on Loopnet for sale at $2.4 million or $130k per year. The property sold for $1.2 million in 2022. Five Guys was rumored to open here, but they have submitted a letter of intent the Wethersfield TPZ with plans to open at the Atlas Plaza (1862 Berlin Turnpike).
