Another retailer has closed their doors at Westbrook Outlets.
J Crew Factory has closed their store at the outdoor outlet mall. The store’s last day was January 20th according to corporate. Westbrook Outlets is located at 314 Flat Rock Place in Westbrook. The site is eyed for redevelopment; though it still lacks some neccessary approvals including a wastewater treatment permits. If plans come to fruition the site will be home to retail space, 600 apartments, townhomes, a hotel, and restaurants. The developer behind the proposed project is Lexington Partners. The outlet mall still has numerous tenants including Loft Outlet, Eddie Bauer Outlet, Old Tyme Toys, The ReBorn House Fabric Outlet, Loren’s Cozy Corner, Team Image, Westbrook Cinemas, and Ink Studio. H&M closed their store at the outlet mall earlier this month.
